UK Express Delivery
7–10 working days — £6.99
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your BLIFTING order. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Return
Email info@blifting.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days with next steps.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@blifting.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
