  1. Are these suitable for the gym or just loungewear? — Both. The spandex blend gives enough stretch for warm-ups and mobility work, while the 400g/m² weight makes them ideal for rest days and cold weather training too.
  2. Are these joggers true to size? — They're cut loose through the leg with a regular mid-rise. If you're between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, size down. Otherwise, go true to size.
  3. Do they shrink after washing? — The cotton-polyester-spandex blend is pre-treated, but washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low will minimise any shrinkage and keep the fit consistent.
